Currently, ground saffron is sold in 0.1g plastic Jars. Capsules allow saffron to be used directly in dishes.
Just add the saffron capsule while you are cooking.
It dissolves quickly in hot liquid without changing the taste. For consumers who wish to use only ground saffron, opening the ground saffron capsule is much easier than using the current plastic jar.
